2025 Budget Survey - Seeking Public Input

The Council of the Township of Havelock-Belmont-Methuen is seeking and encouraging public input from residents, business owners and community partners for Council consideration regarding the 2025 Municipal Budget. 

Input from the community is a vital part of the budget planning process.

A By-law is a rule (a law) made by your local government. Your municipal government passes by-laws to make the Township of Havelock-Belmont-Methuen a safe, quiet and pleasant environment for residents in the community.
