HBM Township launches *new* Facebook and Instagram Accounts
The Township of Havelock-Belmont (HBM) has launched an updated Township Facebook page and Township Instagram account. Follow our Facebook and/or Instagram accounts for dynamic municipal notices, road and emergency alerts, planning notices, hiring opportunities, and much more! Follow prior to September 1, 2024, for a chance to WIN a $100 GAS gift card.

HBM Township has also launched an updated website, same address www.hbmtwp.ca but new look, with improved navigation, and pertinent information. Be sure to subscribe or re-subscribe to:

- Council Calendar - for Council meeting notices, agendas, and YouTube meeting videos. Subscribe to the Council Calendar today!
- Community Calendar – for community events such as daily, weekly, and monthly recreational and social activities, as well as local fundraisers events. Subscribe to the Community Calendar today!
Note: When you subscribe for Township News you can tailor your subscription profile to also include information relating to Fire Bans, Construction Notices, Water Advisories, Garbage & Recycling, and Roadwork/Street Cleaning/Snow Removal.
The township’s enhanced communications includes the new Township Facebook page and launch of our Township Instagram page to better engage followers of all demographics. Communication will be shared through the following ways:
- Stories – frequent, compelling news (visible for 24-hours)
- Reels – short, engaging entertaining videos
- Posts – notices, alerts, and updates
- Events – Township and community events
