PUBLIC NOTICE – WARMING CENTRE INFO

Hydro One crews are actively addressing downed power lines and working to restore power to affected areas. We appreciate your patience and understanding as these efforts continue.

WARMING CENTRES AVAILABLE
Residents are encouraged to utilize the following warming centres to warm up, charge phones, and essential electronics:

📍 10 George St W, Havelock

·         Monday: 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM

·         Tuesday: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM

·         Wednesday: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM

·         Thursday: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM

⚠️ Safety Reminder: Generator Use

• Only operate generators outdoors in well-ventilated areas to prevent carbon monoxide poisoning.
• Keep generators at least 20 feet away from windows, doors, and vents.
• Do not refuel generators while they are running and allow them to cool before adding fuel.
• Use properly rated extension cords to connect appliances safely.

To receive outage information, via text:

• "STATUS" to 92887 (WATTS) for updates on a specific outage.
• "OUT" to report an outage.
• "HELP" for more options.
