PUBLIC WORKS UPDATE

The Township of Havelock-Belmont-Methuen would like to acknowledge the ongoing impacts of the significant freezing rain event. The declared Significant Weather Event remains in effect as public works teams continue to clear debris, downed branches, and trees from roadways.
As per Environment Canada's March 31, 2025 @ 9:29 am statement; anticipate gusty northwesterly winds gusting to 50 km/h. and additional damage to trees and utilities is possible.
Hydro One crews are actively addressing downed power lines and working to restore power to affected areas. To receive outage information from Hydro One, you can text:
