Request for Tender (RFT), Contract No. 230-5446
Reconstruction of Old Norwood Road

This contract is for the reconstruction and urbanization of Old Norwood Road from County Road 30
easterly to Civic Address 628 Older Norwood Road (New Long Term Care Housing Building) within the
Village of Havelock. Work of the contract includes; but is not necessarily limited to the following: Asphalt
Removals, Granular road base and subbase material removal and re-placement, Earth Excavation and
Grading, Installation of Concrete Curb and Gutter, Installation of Concrete Sidewalk, Installation of Storm
Sewer Piping and Associated Structures, and Hotmix Paving.

SEALED TENDERS, in clearly marked envelope, will be received by the Public Works Manager at Township office located at 1 Ottawa St E, Havelock, until 3:00 p.m. local time, Friday, May 3rd, 2024.

Tender documents may be obtained via the tender service provided by Biddingo, and by visiting and
searching the Biddingo.com website commencing Friday April 19th, 2024.  Lowest or any tender not necessarily accepted.
