WHO'S UP FOR A PICNIC ON THE BEACH?

They are calling for nice weather this weekend and Havelock-Belmont-Methuen is home to a fantastic public beach on Kasshabog Lake. The Kasshabog Lake Beach is a broad sandy beach, with flat and sandy bottom, washrooms, and picnic tables. There's lots of room to have a picnic and enjoy a day at the beach with your friends and family. The beach is located at 612 Peninsula Rd, which is off North Shore Rd that connects with County Rd 46 (north of Havelock).
A big shoutout to the HBM Parks, Recreation, and Facilities team for are doing such a great job maintaining the Kasshabog Lake beach and park area. Please note, there is parking available by the Kasshabog Lake Library located across from the park at 409 Peninsula Rd.
