Property Tax Calculator

The property tax calculator is for demonstration purposes; it does not guarantee exact results and it's results are not binding.  It will provide you with an estimate of what your total annual property taxes are for the current and prior year. This tool is intended for the convenience of property owners.  However, the calculator utilizes user input for township, location, tax year and tax class so, in the event of a discrepancy between the calculator and your tax bill, the amount on the tax bill should be considered correct.

Estimates often do not include additional fees, such as local improvements, special area charges, or user fees (e.g., waste/recycling).

The accuracy of the estimate depends on the assessed value provided by the Municipal Property Assessment Corporation (MPAC) or the user, and might not reflect recent updates.

Not a Legal Record: These tools are not suitable for calculating tax adjustments for property sales or other legal transactions.  For certified accurate information, you should refer to your actual Property Tax Assessment Notice or contact your local municipal tax department.
