HBM Township is encouraging local community not-for-profit organizations to apply to become its 2024-2025 Deposit Return Program Partner and receive fundraiser benefit from all Deposit Returns "deposited" at the 6th Line Transfer Station.

The application deadline is September 15, 2024.

HBM Township Launches Online Complaint System

New Confidential Online Complaint System & Process

The Township of Havelock-Belmont-Methuen (HBM) has moved the complaint process for By-law Enforcement to Cloudpermit.  Cloudpermit is a safe and secure online software that will allow residents to submit by-law enforcement concerns and details to municipal staff.

By-laws are enforced to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for all residents.  We are available as a resource to achieve compliance through by-laws and providing education, conducting inspections, and issue tickets when necessary.
